Product Manager at Bolt. Karlis is an experienced product manager with main expertise in digital product management. With extensive experience gathered at Sonarworks (B2B software startup) in product research and customer experience, he now works at Bolt (one of the world's leading ride-sharing companies), with a strong focus towards end-to-end product management application.

Chief of Product at Printify. Daniel is a marketing professional with over 10+ years of experience in the field. Currently he's leading 7 cross-functional product teams at Printify where they implement company wide product team structure & development process for user behaviour prediction. Previously he spent time at TWINO, Lattelecom and Cherry Media Group managing internationally distributed teams, building in-house full-funnel marketing teams, consisting of channel specialists, UX designers, front-end developers & WEB analysts. He has also implemented an agile marketing framework, with focus on iterative improvement approach.

Passionate about maximizing the learning curve to turn technology solutions into viable business models as well as driving in-depth change & transformation processes. Krists also serves on the board of Overkill Ventures VC fund, lectures at Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and holds an MA in Digital management from Hyper Island.

Partner at Helve and Chair of the Board at TechChill. Over the years Marija has left an indelible handprint on the local and regional startup scene development in Latvia and the Baltics. She's not only a co-founder of Helve, a strategic innovation company but also previously has co-founded and currently serves as a chair of the board for TechChill Foundation - the leading Baltic platform for matching together startups, investors, innovators & other ecosystem players. Previously she has managed several startup programs and bootcamps also for TechHub Riga - the central hub for technology startups in Latvia.
Course kicks off on November 28 with an online learning session with instructor Karlis Auzins, the second one follows on December 5 with instructor Daniel Marhel
The learning sessions are complimented with two peer group sessions on December 2 and December 7, moderated by course facilitators Marija Rucevska and Krists Avots
We additionally host 1:1 mentoring sessions with both course instructors that will scheduled to your schedule on December 4 and December 11. Expect to dedicate extra 10h hours for group discussions, reading, and individual work over the 2 weeks following the on-site day
Course onboarding is on Nov 25, and short pre-course reading is sent to every participant beforehand. On Dec 11 you are invited to attend a follow-up session to share knowledge and exchange experiences on your change initiative implementation and progress
